1. Delivery Area
Quick Skips arranges skip hire throughout Staffordshire, Cheshire and selected surrounding areas within our advertised service area.
All bookings are made online through our website.
Before completing your booking, you must ensure that your delivery address falls within our advertised service area. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will arrange delivery with one of our trusted local skip hire partners.
We aim to have your skip delivered on your requested date; however, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond the control of Quick Skips or our delivery partners.
To help ensure a successful delivery, customers must ensure that:
The delivery address is accurate.
There is safe and suitable access for a skip delivery vehicle.
The intended location is free from obstructions.
Any access restrictions or special instructions are provided during booking.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access or circumstances within the customer's control, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
3. Collection
Collection will be arranged with the appointed skip supplier at the end of the agreed hire period.
To avoid delays or additional charges, customers must ensure that:
The skip remains easily accessible.
Waste does not exceed the top edge (fill line) of the skip.
No prohibited or undeclared waste has been placed inside the skip.
If collection cannot be completed due to blocked access, overfilled skips or prohibited waste, a return visit may be required and additional charges may apply.
4. Skip Sizes
We offer a range of skip sizes suitable for domestic, commercial and construction projects.
Customers are responsible for selecting the most appropriate skip size for their needs. If you are unsure which size is suitable, please contact us before placing your booking.
5. Chargeable Waste
Most general household, garden and construction waste can be disposed of using our skips.
Certain waste types attract additional disposal charges due to environmental legislation and specialist processing requirements.
Where applicable, customers must declare any chargeable waste during the booking process and select the relevant additional charges.
Failure to declare chargeable waste may result in:
Additional disposal charges.
Delayed collection.
Refusal to collect the skip until outstanding charges have been settled.
6. Service Area
As part of the booking process, customers confirm that the delivery address is within our advertised service area.
If a booking is placed for an address outside our coverage area without contacting us beforehand, Quick Skips reserves the right to:
Cancel the booking and issue a refund where appropriate; or
Arrange delivery subject to an additional delivery surcharge, where available.
Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect delivery location are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By placing a booking with Quick Skips, you confirm that:
The delivery address is correct and within our advertised service area.
You have selected an appropriate skip size.
Any chargeable waste has been accurately declared.
Safe and suitable access is available for both delivery and collection.
All information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges or cancellation of your booking.
8. Our Role
Quick Skips acts as a skip hire broker. We arrange skip hire services through carefully selected, licensed local skip hire providers.
Delivery, collection and waste disposal are carried out by the appointed supplier. By placing a booking, you acknowledge that the operational policies and procedures of the appointed supplier may also apply where relevant.
